We had ANOTHER (second year running) fabulous stay at La Buganvilla this holiday.
The pool was almost always empty and our two boys spent many hours practising their swimming skills.
The garden was great for the kids to run around and let loose in and a great combo of shady and sunny spots to sit in.
The house really does have everything you can think of and we were left wanting nothing more than another glass of wine and the next game of backgammon.
No need to rent a car as everything is within walking distance. The supermarket nearby is quite pricey but convenient and pretty well stocked with what you might need.
Vick and Andrea are so welcoming and leave such concise instructions in the handbook along with games, puzzles and toys for the kids, inflatables and snorkelling gear.
A breath of fresh air to have such warm, welcoming hosts who trust their guests to look after their place as well as you would your own!

We loved our 2 week stay in this wonderful home from home which we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to other families.
Andrea and Vic have thought of everything a family would need with lovely comfortable beds and a heavenly shower.
The kitchen is really well equipped and we used the facilities to their full and the lounge was great to spend time together in.
Having access to such a lovely outdoor space was amazing and meant we had a really relaxing time without always heading off to the beach.
There really was everything we needed including the cool box and ice and games for both big and little kids (we loved the connect 4 in the garden!).
Andrea and Vic were so welcoming and thoughtful on our late arrival and we were very grateful to find that they had provided us with snacks, drinks and food to make a meal for our first evening and beyond. The we always on hand and quick to reply to any questions we had.

Our family of 4 absolutely adored our stay in Andrea and Vic’s beautiful home.
The cleanliness and attention to detail is next level! They’ve obviously taken great care to maintain a wonderful space, especially for families. The linens and towels were pristine.
Kitchen was fully stocked (We made 90% of our meals at home and never felt like anything was missing). The cutlery, appliances, and dinnerware was spotless — they even have a separate set for the littles.
The reverse osmosis water on tap in the kitchen was excellent, as we never had to buy water for our month-long stay.
The furniture was comfortable and clean— beds were delightful. The bathrooms were spotless. And the giant backyard with areas to play, eat, and sunbathe was perfect! There were toys & books for the kids, everything you’d need for a beach outing (cooler, sand toys, chairs, umbrellas). Most importantly, both Vic & Andrea are beyond wonderful — attentive, kind, responsive, and so accommodating. Hope to be back soon

With our 2 and 4 year old, the beach, children’s park and shop were all within east walking distance (and restaurants too although we chose to cook at home).
The place itself was clean and well equipped with everything…even down to puzzles and games for the kids!
The pool was lovely and peaceful too! We had a great time! The perfect beach holiday week! It’s a great place for a restful week and I would defo book again!

We had a really fabulous stay here. Loads of kids toys and beach bits supplied at the house.
The location is perfect with just a short 5min walk to the beach. The beach is gorgeously calm and warm, perfect for our 3 and 6 year old.
Shared pool was great too, never any one in it so we had it to ourselves most of the time.

The hosts really have thought of absolutely everything needed to make your stay feel like a home from home.
The flat is spotlessly clean and furnished beautifully, the garden is incredible - big and private, with a lovely communal pool that is also very quiet.
We have a two year old and there were so many toys and activities for her - it made our stay so relaxing! The location is fantastic - a short drive to lots of main towns and a very quick walk to the most stunning beach. Lots of lovely restaurants nearby.
Honestly can’t recommend it more!

A fabulous villa in a great location.
We enjoyed a very comfortable stay in this quiet and very well equipped villa - wifi, TV, bluetooth speaker, washing machine, dishwasher.
There is even a boxful of balls, bats and toys to keep the kids amused.
The garden is sizeable, secluded and you can BBQ and eat on the patio. This leads out onto a pool area. The villa is located a short walk from a beautiful beach, local restaurants and a shop.
Vick and Andrea are excellent and attentive hosts. They live on the island and so know Menorca intimately. Highly Recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at this villa.
Our flight was massively delayed and we were not arriving until 11pm and night, communication with the host was great and speedy, and to their credit we managed to organise pizza and wine from a local restaurant which was ready as soon as we arrived - much needed when the flight had been delayed.
Our host went out of their way to help us and the villa was beautiful, set only 6.5 min walk from the beach and with its own (communal) pool which was perfect and relaxing after a long hot day at the beach.

The garden is super well kept, very spacious with lots of different spaces.
My daughters have had a great time, countless entertainment for them (games,balls, rackets, puzzles, legends, etc.) especially the garden cabin, they loved it.
The pool is very nice with direct access from the garden.
The location is unbeatable with everything very close but at the same time secluded for greater tranquility.
The hosts are very close and always attentive to answer all kinds of questions. Super advisable and definitely worth repeating.

We really enjoyed the house, the nearby beach and the pool.
We stayed 4 adults (parents and grandparents) and 3 little kids (under 6 years old).
The house has everything you need and more, toys for the kids (for inside and outside and the beach) and there's even a little potty for toodlers.
The house is like in the pictures and the host are really nice and helpful (they are learning Spanish). Next time on the island we will come back, and recommend this house and host to our friends and family.

The villa was perfectly located 5 minutes walk from the lovely sandy beach in Arenal d’en Castell.
There is a boardwalk that travels along the entire sea front which leads to so many restaurants. All the ones we tried were fantastic with such friendly staff.
Close to the apartment there is a nice Italian restaurant with a fully stocked shop next door for anything you might need, from food to toiletries.
With the huge garden, the kids loved playing outside with all the games and toys supplied by our great hosts. The swimming pool just beyond the garden path, which is shared with a few other villas was always quiet and a good size for a proper swim.
In the villa the beds were comfortable and the area is so quiet, a good nights sleep was never an issue.
The property has a whole host of convenient amenities, including a fully stocked kitchen with washing machine.
There is fast WiFi and enough plug sockets and usb points to charge all our technology. They even had a house binder with information on emergency numbers and taxi contact info. It had instructions on how to use all appliances.
The big shower was so nice with good water pressure, and all soap and shower gel is included!
We loved our stay here and will definitely be making this place a regular stay.

Especial para familias ya que dispone de muchos juegos y un jardín perfecto. Piscina perfecta. Bien ubicado, muy tranquilo para descansar con mini supermercados cerca. Los anfitriones son muy amable y totalmente serviciales, sin duda repetiremos el próximo año. Un 10 en todos los sentidos.

Amazing villa!
We stayed here for a week and had a great time. Lovely pool, garden and hosts.
There were plenty of toys for the kids, fast wifi and the location is surrounded by lovely bars and resturants.
It is within walking distance of the best beaches on the island, and tons of shops are close enough to pick up groceries on foot but far enough away that you don't get the noise and crowds.

Andrea and Vick’s apartment provided us with a really special family holiday.
It is incredibly well equipped, so much so it feels like a home away from home.
The garden is especially wonderful - plenty of different spots to enjoy food and drink outside and large (and contained) enough for our son to enjoy a range of fun before we headed out.
The location is great for a short walk to a lovely beach and the nearest village, and overall as a base to drive to anywhere on Menorca easily.
Our stay was a joy and this place is a gem!
